Rossano Salvosa Almonia: ROSSANO SALVOSA ALMONIA is an Operations Manager in the manufacturing sector for more than 30 years. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of the Cordilleras and UTEL University. He has worked and lived in African countries such as Kenya, Madagascar, and Egypt, and was involved in manufacturing with large manufacturing companies in the African continent. He has also worked as a country manager for companies based in Austin, Texas, and Canada. He has spent several years working in Hong Kong, Shenzhen (ROC), and Shanghai (ROC) and was involved with factory sourcing, audit compliance, production, and quality management. He has extensive experience in traveling all over China. He has retired from his corporate work and is currently pursuing his doctorate in Philosophy in Management at the University of the Cordilleras in his hometown, Baguio City, in the Philippines. He is the author of this paper titled “A Smart Environment in the City of Baguio”.
